A clear idea of what you hope to achieve from Wildfire’s visit. What are your goals? To improve external affairs with like minded organizations? To address violence in your schools? Or perhaps to reach out to the youth in your community and encourage them to serve? All this needs to be articulated.       Clear directions to the community that is going to be visited as well as directions to any planned performances that WDT will be engaged in during its stay.       A schedule in advance of the Theatres arrival.
