All gas expenses acquired both traveling to your community and while in your community. (Please note: this means that some hosts communities will pay more than others depending on where we are traveling from.)       IAll food and accommodations for the duration of the booked tour.       Basic laundry facilities. To wash both costumes and personal clothes.       Please consider that we travel in large vans, which consume a considerable amount of fuel. In terms of accommodations, each artist is prepared to "rough it" as the situation demands. Therefore, only a small room is required where the cast member can sleep. Beds are not a necessity, since each participant has a sleeping bag. The cast members are responsible for their own toiletries. Other expenses might include theatre/hall rentals. As you can imagine, the performance requires a considerable number of costumes, which need to be washed on a weekly basis. All These expenses can be shared with other communities in the area. Please note that the donations given to Wildfire cannot be used for these expenses.
